To avail of our hourly design services, it is essential to make advance bookings to guarantee that projects align with our established standards. All assignments are estimated and confirmed before initiation. Prior to commencing work, project specifications need to be thoroughly discussed. Clients can conveniently reach us via our website, providing project details and contact information for a quote based on final requirements. Alternatively, for one-off projects, clients can request a quote via email and proceed with a 50% deposit before the commencement of work.
Retainer Payment Option
We provide the convenience of delivering our services through a weekly/monthly retainer contract. We can provide estimates for any project and establish a recurring charge, ensuring consistent brand management and placing you on our priority list. The credited amount can be utilised for any project, making it perfect for ongoing design work or various tasks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. It covers all achievable services in our studio, managing your web and print design needs effortlessly. Unused monthly credits roll over, providing insight into your business for larger projects. For example, a monthly fee of €300 via PayPal or Stripe secures a 40% discount on our operating rate, guaranteeing ten hours of work per month. However, we understand that a subscription may not suit everyone’s needs. If you prefer to work on a one-time project basis, please send us an email at info@pinch.ie with your requirements, and we’ll provide you with a quote. Once we agree on the terms, we’ll request a 50% deposit through an invoice to confirm that both parties are committed to the project before commencing the work. Every project is different, so we work on a quotation basis rather than a fixed hourly rate or subscription.
Tell us what you need and we’ll discuss the requirements, establish the scope of the project and provide a clear quotation before any work begins.
Booking Your Project
On schedule
Once you’re happy with the quotation, we’ll confirm the project and schedule it into our studio calendar.
A 50% deposit is normally required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on completion.
Projects are undertaken by prior arrangement and scheduled according to availability, so advance booking is recommended where a specific deadline is involved.
